Sudah setahun lebih tidak mengisi blog ini, sekarang saya kembali tetap dengan mimpi :D.
Sekarang mimpi saya adalah terererereng ............   go to negeri sakura hoho....

Batuk Awal Tahun

Tahun 2012 apa resolusimu.... hmmm... yang pasti taun 2012 diawali dengan flu, batuk, pusing dan sejenisnya.
Seiring dengan kondisi cuaca yang agak kurang bersahabat memang. banyak sudah korban yang berjatuhan termasuk saya sendiri. sudah lama saya tidak merasakan batuk (memang tidak berharap), kalau flu mungkin lumayan sering. tapi dengan banyaknya orang sekitar yang dihinggapi oleh penyakit ini, saya jadi latah ikut - ikutan. dan memang penyakit batuk adalah penyakit yang gampang sekali menular. apabila kita berada di dekat orang yang batuk yang tidak diimbangi dengan menutup mulut atau membuang muka menjauhi orang - orang di sekitarnya (menyebalkan memang). solusi terbaik adalah kitalah yang menghindar atau menutup mulut, kalau takut menyinggung gimana... hmmm... mungkin kita bisa menahan napas sebentar. tapi untung tak dapat diraih buntung tak dapat ditolak, akhirnya saya ketularan juga. what a mess...

awal batuk cuma batuk2 kecil berdehem - dehem agak beriak - riak :p (bisa dibayangkan kan kayak gimana), akhirnya saya memutuskan membeli obat batuk (takutnya batuknya bisa berlanjut), soalnya kalau batuk saya tidak bisa sembuh sendiri beda kalau kena flu atau pusing yang obatnya cukup istirahat yang cukup dan banyak - banyak minum air putih dan vitamin c. akhirnya saya beli obat batuk anak untuk batuk kering dan berdahak botol ukuran kecil merk v**** yang takaran untuk dewasa bisa sekali minum langsung habis (obat batuk dewasanya gak ada yang untuk batuk berdahak secara batuknya agak beriak - riak :p). tapi... la kok tambah parah, tambah menjadi - jadi, tambah gak berhenti - henti... tapi memang saya gak sekali minum dan gak rutin, akhirnya jadilah batuk saya bermetamorfosis menjadi batuk kering dan terus - menerus.

Batuk yang lumayan menyiksa, menguras tenaga, jadi gak bisa tidur di malam hari. gak tahu deh tetangga pada terganggu apa gak, yang penting saya bisa batuk sepuas - puasnya sehingga sesuatu benda entah apa yang mnggelitik di leher bisa hilang meski kenyatannya sesuatu benda yang sepertinay tersangkut itu tidak mau hilang - hilang juga. Mungkin karena kasihan, gak tega atau merasa terganggu karena saya batuk terus menerus, tetangga, teman kantor, sampai teman yang jauh memberi saran seperti ini :

1. Beli obat --> surely
2. Suruh cari tukang pijat, soalnya biasanya batuk seperti ini karena kecapekan
3. Makan kencur di campur garam --> bisa membayangkan rasanya?
4. Minum rebusan bunga belimbing wuluh --> baru dengar tapi katanya yang ngasi saran manjur
5. Minum jeruk pecel sama kecap --> waktu kecil sering banget minum ini, lumayan manjur juga, tapi disini susah dapat jeruk pecel

sampai saran yang agak nyeleneh :
1. Minum es yang banyak
2. Makan salak sekulitnya
3. Makan biji kedondong

Sempet melakukan penelitian kecil dengan browsing di internet akhirnya saya menyimpulkan bahwa batuk yang saya derita adalah semacam batuk rejan atau yang dikenal dengan batuk 100 hari (bukan maksud jadi sok ndokter).
Ciri - cirinya (saya alami sendiri):
1. Biasanya kambuh di malam hari
2. batuk terus - menerus sampai tidak sempat untuk mengambil nafas
3. Sebelum batuk mengambil nafas panjang
4. Lama sembuhnya
5. batuk kering dan sakit
6. batuk yang mudah sekali menular (saya berusaha menghindar kalo lagi batuk)
7. tidak bisa sembuh sendiri, harus dengan antibiotik
8. disebabkan oleh bakteri yang menginfeksi saluran pernapasan jadi bukan virus (kalo virus lebih berbahaya lagi kali ya)

Akhirnya setelah mencoba beberapa alternatif saya sembuh juga meski masih ada sedikit batuk2 kecil, tapi lumayan lah sekarang saya sudah bisa tidur nyenyak di malam hari. terima kasih yang sudah memberi saya saran :)

Kronologis Penyembuhan :
sabtu - minggu = minum obat batuk anak ukuran kecil --> tambah parah karena gak rutin minumnya
senin - selasa = minum obat batuk dewasa ukuran kecil --> tetep parahnya padahal sudah rutin minumnya sesuai dosis
rabu - jumat = beralih ke obat tradisional, makan kencur sama garam (demi kesembuhan akan kulakukan apa saja hiks) dosis yang disarankan sehari sekali tapi saya menambahnya jadi sehari dua kali atau seperlunya, kalau lagi perlu bisa sehari tiga kali. --> agak lumayan sehabis memakannya, tapi batuk lagi kalau tidak memakannya, agak berkurang dari sebelumnya tapi masih kalau malam gak bisa tidur nyenyak. intinya batuknya jalan ditempat.
sabtu - minggu = akhirnya setelah tahu kalo hars dibasmi dengan antibiotik saya mencoba beralih lagi ke obat batuk modern. akhirnya saya kembali ke v**** anak - anak. kali ini dengan botol besar (v**** dewasa gak manjur terus ternyata ada alkoholnya 10% dan toko sekitar gak ada yang jual selain v****) dan kali ini saya bertekad untuk minum rutin 4 jam sekali sesuai cara pemakaian. dan menghabiskan 2 botol besar obat batuk anak, tapi kalau sudah tidak terlalu parah saya tidak meminumnya 4 jam sekali, sedikit demi sedikit saya menguranginya jadi 6 jam sekali sampai 12 jam sekali.
pengobatan saya imbangi dengan mengoleskan minyak kayu putih atau minyak urut G*U di sekitar leher. dan mintalah orang disekitar anda untuk membantu anda memijat daerah di sekitar leher, bahu, dan punggung (terima kasih buat ibu kos yang telah berbaik hati menawarkan bantuannya :)) itu akan membuat anda lebih enakan dan sedikit lebih lega.

Tapi kalau minum obat lebih dari seminggu gak sembuh2 juga ada baiknya periksakan ke dokter. Pengalaman dari mbak kasir yang tau saya beli obat batuk dua hari bertrut - turut : "Saya dulu pernah batuk seperti itu, minum obat batuk dua minggu berturut - turut tidak sembuh - sembuh akhirnya saya dilarikan kerumah sakit gara sesak napas, katanya saya overdosis obat batuk, meski minumnya sesuai cara pakainya".

Gampangannya misalnya ada suatu kebakaran, ada 4 tipe kepribadian tersebut di atas maka :

si sanguinis : "kebakaran - kebakaran"
intinya ribut - ribut sendiri, teriak - teriak memberitahu kalau ada kebakaran, lari kesana kemari

si koleris : "ambilin ember", "siram api yang di situ tuh", "cepetan ambil air di sana"
intinya suka nyuruh2

si pleghmatis : diam sejenak kemudian "aha"
intinya berpikir terlebih dahulu sebelum bertindak, cenderung lama mengambil keputusan

si melankolis : diam nontonin kebakarannya sambil berpikir, "apa ya kira - kira penyebab kebakaran ini" atau berpikir "kok bisa sih terjadi kebakaran"
intinya suka menganalisis setiap kejadian


Orang yang memiliki kepribadian sanguinis misalnya, dia tidak terpaku pada satu kepribadian saja, kemungkinan dia juga memiliki kepribadian plegmatis dalam dirinya. meski mungkin kepribadian yang paling menonjol adalah kepribadian sanguinis.

Abdulfattah John Jandali, ayah kandung Steve Jobs

Sebelumnya tak banyak yang mengetahui bahwa Abdulfattah John Jandali adalah ayah kandung dari Steve Jobs -sang jenius penemu apple-, dari hubungan pra nikah dengan Joanne Schible teman sekampusnya. Abdulfattah Jandali adalah seorang Syria yang pindah ke Amerika yang pernah menjabat sebagai professor political science dari Universitas Nevada, dan sekarang sedang menjabat sebagai vice president dari Boomtown Hotel Casino di Reno Nevada. Abdulfattah Jandali merupakan seorang pekerja keras yang menolak untuk berhenti pensiun. like father like son. Buah jatuh tak jauh dari pohonnya. mungkin dari situlah Steve mewarisi kebrilianan otak dan sifat kerja keras dari sang ayah.
